From a young age, Zach Polston, owner of Flag Home Repair, was naturally curious and driven to understand how things work. Over the years, his curiosity evolved into hands on experience across multiple careers, where he gained valuable knowledge in construction and home repair.
In 2021, Zach made a bold move, leaving a stable C-suite position in the hospitality industry to pursue his true passion. That decision gave birth to Flag Home Repair, with a mission to provide Northern Arizona homeowners with reliable, trustworthy home maintenance and remodeling services.
Zach discovered a common challenge: finding skilled professionals who not only deliver high-quality work but also communicate clearly and stand behind their craft. Flag Home Repair was built to meet that need, combining expertise, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding expectations on every project.
As Flag Home Repair has grown, Zach has stayed true to a core principle: building strong, skilled teams.
